Please read these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change the contents of the website including Terms and Conditions without notice by posting such changes on the website. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions
Orders
All orders placed by whatever means will be subject to our terms and conditions.
If there is a problem with your order or possible delay you will be contacted by a member of our staff.
Specifications
All prints on the website will be displayed as accurately as possible. There may however be slight variations to colour and size from the way they appear on the screen. The sizes given are the size of the paper on which they are printed, the image sized will be a little smaller.
Price and payment
The price will be the price on the screen and will include postage and VAT at the prevailing rate. The price will be quoted in £ sterling.
We will accept payment by credit card, debit card, or you may wish to use PayPal.
For payment by credit card, debit card in a foreign currency the conversion rate that will be applied will be that used by the relevant payment scheme (card) at the time of processing the transaction. You may be subject to validation checks and/or third party authorisation depending on your method of payment.
Postage: The price includes postage and packing in the UK using “signed for” post. For any mailing outside the UK and Northern Ireland we will confirm the rate applying and will inform you of the cost by e-mail.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your prints as soon as possible after placing orders. If we cannot deliver within 14 days we will notify you and you are entitled to cancel your order and a refund will be made to you.
Cancelling an order
If your order is damaged or unsatisfactory or failed to arrive in the post you must advise us within 7 days after placing the order by e-mail at info@wine-archive.com, or writing to us at: 55 Lillian Road, London SW13 9JF and we will give you a full refund by the same method as the purchase.
We occasionally do bespoke orders of different (larger) sizes and the same rule applies as above.
Refund Policy
The customer may cancel an order within seven days of placing the order, or seven days of receipt of an order if for any reason.
This must be done either by e-mail to info@wine-archive.com or in writing to: Wine-Archive, 55 Lillian Road, London SW13 9JF.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel any order if for any reason:
- the product is no longer available
- The product cannot be supplied to you in the country in which you reside.
Use of products
You may not make any copy of our prints supplied, or offer any such print for sale.
You shall not break or attempt to break the security of the website viz.
Access data or material not intended for you.
Log into a server account which you are not authorised to access.
Breaches of the system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
You agree not to use the website in any way that might cause the website access or access to the website to be interrupted, damaged or impaired.
Disclaimer of liability for Third party materials
We may provide links to certain third party websites. You acknowledge and agree that we have little or no control over and are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of such third party material or websites. The Company does not warrant or endorse and does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third party materials or websites, or for any materials, products or services of third parties. Links to other websites are provided solely as a convenience to you.
